This class elaborates on the techniques covered in the first class and focuses on transitioning into larger, more detailed pieces. Students will learn new ways to advance their form and add simple accents to their pieces.  In this two-day class we will create many solid and blown glass objects such as marbles, paperweights, pendants, perfume bottles and wine glasses.  We will also experiment with many forms of glass such as dichroic, frit, scalloped tubing and colored tubing.  This workshop concentrates on basic and intermediate skills learned in Introduction 1 but provides challenging, yet rewarding, technical instruction for future development.
